2-way messaging is the most powerful tool in your arsenal and ensures that you or your
clients do not miss an appointment again! It allows both the sender (sending the reminder) and
the recipient (sending the response to the reminder) to fully synchronise and inform each other
of cancellations, re-schedules or simply an acknowledgement of an upcoming appointment.

Reminder Time has 2-way communication as standard, but what use is it unless you can
see the results. In a Reminder Time account, the options
SMS Audit and Voice Audit
(accessed under the Make a Reminder option) allow a user to check if a reply has been
received and what the response to the reminder was.

With the AllTime product range, the main user, usually the Practice Manager or other
senior member of staff, will receive an email with the response to a reminder in it, in addition
to the audit facilities.
